In high-volume periods, processing may take up to 4 hours. We never exceed this.
Withdrawals are processed Monday through Friday only. Weekend requests are queued.
Common questions
My balance hasn't updated after a deposit.
Deposits are verified on-chain. If your balance hasn't updated after 10 minutes, send your TXID to our Telegram and we'll resolve it immediately.
Can I cancel a withdrawal request?
Contact us on Telegram as soon as possible. If the transfer hasn't been sent yet, we can cancel it.
My VIP plan expired — what happens?
Your account reverts to Free and daily gains stop. You can renew at any time from the VIP Plans page using your balance.
For urgent matters always include your account email and the relevant transaction ID or withdrawal reference when contacting support.
